1. 适用范围
MiracleTask（以下简称“本应用”）由 Shaolie Lin 提供。本政策适用于本应用及其配套 Apple Watch 功能。我们不会要求你注册应用账户，也不运营用于保存你的任务或生活记录的自有用户数据服务器。
2. 你在应用中创建的内容
你可以选择在本应用中保存任务和备注、计划与完成记录、心情、照片、体重、起床时间、愿望及其进度，以及应用偏好和提醒设置。这些内容首先保存在你的 Apple 设备本地，供应用展示、统计和备份使用。
本应用提供备份导入和导出。导出的文件由你选择保存位置；如果你将文件放入 iCloud Drive 或其他云存储，相关服务提供商将依其自己的条款处理该文件。我们无法访问这些备份文件。
如果你开启 Apple 设备的系统备份，应用数据可能会随设备备份保存到 Apple 账户。此备份由 Apple 管理，我们无法访问。
3. 照片、相机和通知权限
- 相机和照片：当你选择拍摄或选取照片时，应用会使用相应权限，将你选择的照片用于打卡或愿望记录。我们不会通过自己的服务器接收这些照片。
- 本地通知：如果你允许提醒，应用会在设备上安排通知。提醒时间和内容不会因此发送到我们的服务器。
- Apple Watch：使用配套功能时，Apple 平台可能会在已配对设备间传递功能所需的数据。该传递由 Apple 的设备服务管理。
你可以在 iOS 的“设置”中随时管理上述权限。
4. 崩溃诊断与 Firebase
本应用集成 Firebase Crashlytics，用于发现和排查应用崩溃。诊断报告可能包含崩溃堆栈、应用版本、设备型号、操作系统版本、时间信息以及 Firebase 安装标识符等技术数据。这些数据由 Google Firebase 处理，供开发者分析稳定性问题。
当前版本配置中未启用 Firebase Analytics 收集，也不使用第三方广告或跨应用广告追踪。Firebase 服务的数据处理方式请参阅 Google 隐私政策和 Firebase 隐私与安全说明。
5. 应用内购买
订阅和一次性购买由 Apple App Store 和 StoreKit 处理。付款卡信息和账单由 Apple 管理；本应用会读取必要的购买交易或权益状态，以启用对应功能。Apple 如何处理购买信息，请参阅 Apple 隐私政策。
6. 信息披露
我们不会出售你的任务、照片或生活记录。除本政策所述的 Firebase 崩溃诊断、Apple 购买服务，以及你主动选择的系统分享或备份目的地外，我们不会把这些内容提供给其他第三方。法律要求或为处理安全问题所必需时，我们可能依法披露有限信息。
7. 保存、安全与删除
本地内容会保留在你的设备上，直到你在应用内删除相应内容、清除应用数据或卸载应用。卸载应用前如需保留内容，请先导出备份。你可以删除已导出的备份文件，并在系统设置中管理设备备份。
Firebase 崩溃诊断数据依 Google Firebase 的服务配置和保留规则处理。我们采取合理措施保护我们能够访问的诊断信息，但设备或互联网传输无法保证绝对安全。
8. 儿童隐私
本应用不以收集儿童个人信息为目的。若你认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请通过本政策列出的邮箱联系我们。
9. 你的选择与权利
你可以在应用和设备设置中管理、删除本地记录和权限。对于通过邮件提供给我们的信息，你可以联系开发者提出访问、更正或删除请求；适用法律赋予你的权利将按相关法律处理。
10. 政策更新
我们可能因应用功能或法律要求更新本政策。更新后的版本会发布在本页面，并注明新的生效日期。

1. Scope
MiracleTask (the “App”) is provided by Shaolie Lin. This policy applies to the App and its companion Apple Watch features. The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not operate a user-data server to store your tasks or personal records.
2. Content you create in the App
You may save tasks and notes, schedules and completion records, moods, photos, weight entries, wake-up times, wishes and progress, and app preferences or reminder settings. This content is stored on your Apple device for the App to display, summarize, and back up.
The App offers backup export and import. You choose where exported files are saved. If you place a file in iCloud Drive or another cloud-storage service, that provider handles it under its own terms. We cannot access those backup files.
If you enable Apple device backups, app data may be included in a backup associated with your Apple Account. Apple manages that backup, and we cannot access it.
3. Photos, camera, and notifications
- Camera and Photos: When you choose to take or select a photo, the App uses the relevant permission to add it to a check-in or wish. We do not receive these photos through our own server.
- Local notifications: If you allow reminders, the App schedules notifications on your device. Reminder content and timing are not sent to our server for this purpose.
- Apple Watch: When you use companion features, Apple platform services may transfer data needed for those features between your paired devices.
You can manage these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
4. Crash diagnostics and Firebase
The App includes Firebase Crashlytics to help identify and investigate crashes. A diagnostic report may contain a crash stack trace, app version, device model, operating-system version, timestamps, and a Firebase installation identifier. Google Firebase processes this technical information so the developer can understand stability issues.
Firebase Analytics collection is not enabled in the current app configuration. The App does not use third-party advertising or cross-app ad tracking. See the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy and security information for details about Firebase processing.
5. In-app purchases
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by the Apple App Store and StoreKit. Apple manages payment-card and billing information. The App reads the transaction or entitlement status needed to enable purchased features. See Apple’s Privacy Policy for information about Apple’s processing.
6. Disclosure
We do not sell your tasks, photos, or personal records. Other than the Firebase crash diagnostics, Apple purchase services, and destinations you choose for system sharing or backups described here, we do not provide this content to third parties. We may disclose limited information when required by law or necessary to address security issues.
7. Retention, security, and deletion
Local content remains on your device until you delete it in the App, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App. Export a backup first if you want to keep your content before uninstalling. You can delete exported backup files and manage device backups in system settings.
Firebase crash diagnostics are handled under Google Firebase’s service configuration and retention rules. We take reasonable steps to protect diagnostic information available to us, but no device or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at the email below.
9. Your choices and rights
You can manage or delete local records and permissions in the App and your device settings. For information you have sent to us by email, you may contact the developer to request access, correction, or deletion. Rights granted by applicable law will be handled under that law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App changes or when required by law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
