1. 适用范围与运营者
本政策适用于 iOS 应用“最爱钢琴曲 / LovePiano”（下称“本应用”）。本应用由独立开发者 Shaolie Lin 提供。如有隐私问题，请联系 l_charlie@163.com。
2. 我们处理的数据

本应用无需注册账号，也不会要求访问你的通讯录、照片、相机或麦克风。请不要在支持邮件中发送密码、完整支付信息或其他不必要的敏感信息。
3. 本地数据与设备功能
- 本地音乐数据：曲目信息、收藏、播放次数和最近播放记录用于建立你的音乐列表与播放体验。
- 后台音频：当你主动播放音乐时，本应用可在切换 App 或锁屏后继续播放。
- 媒体控制：锁屏或系统媒体控制可能显示当前曲目信息，并用于播放、暂停、上一首或下一首等操作。
- 本地设置：主题、播放模式、速度、定时关闭和去广告状态等设置会保存在设备上。
4. 第三方服务
- Google Analytics for Firebase：帮助我们统计应用与功能的使用情况。
- Google Mobile Ads：提供横幅、原生和开屏等广告，并处理广告请求、展示、点击、收益和反欺诈所需信息。
- Apple App Store / StoreKit：处理“去除广告”的产品信息、付款、恢复购买及交易验证。
第三方服务会依据其自身政策处理数据。你可以查阅 Google 隐私权政策、Firebase 隐私与安全说明和 Apple 隐私政策。
5. 广告、同意与隐私选择
广告可能是个性化、非个性化、受限或仅技术投放，具体取决于适用法律、所在地区、设备设置、Google 设置及你的同意状态。你可以使用 iOS 的“隐私与安全性”及“跟踪”设置限制广告标识符和跨 App 跟踪。在适用地区，如本应用显示广告同意或隐私选项界面，你可以在其中管理相关选择。关闭个性化广告并不代表不再显示广告。
如不希望看到应用内广告，可以选择购买“去除广告”。该购买由 Apple 处理。
6. 保留、删除与你的权利
- 本地数据通常保留到你取消收藏、清除相关内容、重置设备数据或卸载本应用。
- 卸载本应用通常会删除其本地数据库和设置；系统备份是否包含应用数据由你的 Apple 设备与 iCloud 设置决定。
- 分析、广告、交易和技术日志的保留期限由相应服务提供方依据安全、运营、合同和法律要求决定。
- 你可以通过系统设置管理跟踪与广告相关选择，停止使用本应用，或发送邮件提出适用法律赋予的访问、更正、删除、限制或反对处理请求。
- 对于由 Google 或 Apple 独立控制的数据，你可能还需要直接使用其提供的隐私工具或联系相应服务商。
7. 数据共享、出售与业务转移
我们不会出售你的本地收藏或播放记录。仅为提供本应用、分析、广告、购买验证、客户支持、安全与法律合规所需，与上述服务提供方处理或共享必要信息。在法律要求、保护用户或开发者权利，或发生合并、收购、资产转让等业务重组时，也可能依法披露或转移必要信息。
8. 儿童隐私
本应用不是专门面向儿童设计的服务，也不会有意要求儿童提供真实姓名、电话号码或其他身份信息。如果监护人认为儿童通过支持邮件向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们，我们会在核实后采取适当措施。
9. 安全与跨境处理
我们采用与本应用规模和数据性质相适应的技术与组织措施保护信息，但任何存储或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。Google、Apple 或邮件服务提供方可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理数据，并依据其合同、政策及适用法律采取相应保护措施。
10. 政策更新
当功能、第三方服务或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策，并在本页公布新的生效日期。对于重大变化，我们会在合理可行时通过应用内提示、更新说明或其他适当方式通知。

1. Scope and Provider
This policy applies to the iOS app “LovePiano / 最爱钢琴曲” (the “App”), provided by independent developer Shaolie Lin. For privacy questions, contact l_charlie@163.com.
2. Data We Process
- On-device data: favorites, recently played items, play counts, current playback state, play mode, speed, sleep timer, theme, and other settings are primarily stored locally to provide App features.
- Analytics data: app launches, screen and feature interactions, playback and timer actions, purchase or advertising interaction results, and technical information such as app version, device type, and operating-system version may be processed by Google Analytics for Firebase.
- Advertising data: Google Mobile Ads and its partners may process ad requests, impressions, clicks, revenue, device and advertising identifiers, approximate location, and network or technical information depending on region, device settings, and consent status.
- Purchase data: product identifiers, purchase status, transactions, and information required for receipt validation are processed by Apple to complete and restore the remove-ads purchase.
- Support data: if you email us, we process the email address, message, device details, and attachments you choose to provide in order to respond.
No account is required. The App does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone. Do not send passwords, complete payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.
3. Local Data and Device Features
The App uses local music metadata, favorites, history, play counts, and settings to provide playback and personalization. User-initiated audio may continue in the background. Lock-screen and system media controls may display the current track and accept playback commands.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, and Apple App Store / StoreKit. These providers process data under their own policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy, Firebase Privacy and Security, and Apple’s Privacy Policy.
5. Advertising and Choices
Ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or technical-only depending on applicable law, region, device and Google settings, and consent status. You can use iOS Privacy & Security and Tracking settings to restrict advertising identifiers and cross-app tracking. Where available, you may also manage choices through an advertising consent or privacy-options interface shown by the App. Disabling personalization does not necessarily remove ads. You may purchase the Apple-processed remove-ads option.
6. Retention, Deletion, and Your Rights
Local data generally remains until you remove it, reset App data, or uninstall the App. Device backups may include App data depending on your Apple and iCloud settings. Analytics, advertising, transaction, and technical logs are retained by the relevant provider according to operational, security, contractual, and legal requirements. You may manage available privacy choices in iOS, stop using the App, or email us to exercise applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection rights. For data independently controlled by Google or Apple, you may need to use their privacy tools or contact them directly.
7. Sharing and Sale
We do not sell your local favorites or playback history. Necessary information may be processed by the providers above for App functionality, analytics, advertising, purchase validation, support, security, and legal compliance. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or similar business reorganization.
8. Children
The App is not specifically directed to children and does not knowingly request real-world identity information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information through support email may contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
9. Security and International Processing
We use safeguards appropriate to the App’s scale and the nature of the data, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Google, Apple, or email providers may process data outside your country under their policies, contracts, and applicable law.
10. Changes and Contact
