1. 适用范围

本隐私政策适用于 iOS 应用“到点了 / TimeCue”。到点了是一款本地提醒与系统响铃工具，用于让用户创建、编辑、暂停、恢复和删除自己的重要时刻提醒。

2. 我们处理哪些数据

到点了的核心数据保存在你的设备本地，包括：

• 提醒计划：提醒名称、时间、重复规则、颜色、备注、启用状态和相关系统闹钟标识。
• 录音铃声：你在应用内主动录制并绑定到某个提醒的音频文件。
• 应用设置与同步状态：用于记住提醒和系统闹钟之间映射关系的本地数据。

3. 权限使用

• 闹钟权限：用于安排你主动创建的系统闹钟提醒。
• 麦克风权限：仅在你主动点击录制提醒铃声时使用。应用不会后台录音、持续监听或在未授权时录音。

4. 数据是否离开设备

当前版本不需要账号登录，不提供云同步，不集成广告 SDK，不集成第三方分析 SDK，也不会把提醒内容、备注或录音上传到我们的服务器。应用不出售个人数据，也不将你的本地提醒数据分享给第三方。

如果你启用了 iOS 设备备份，应用的本地数据可能会作为设备备份的一部分由 Apple 处理。该过程受你的设备设置和 Apple 的相关政策约束。

5. 数据保留与删除

提醒计划和录音会保留在你的设备上，直到你在应用内删除对应提醒、删除录音，或从设备上卸载应用。卸载应用通常会删除应用本地数据。你也可以在提醒编辑页试听、替换或删除录音铃声。

6. 儿童与家庭使用

到点了可以被个人或家庭用于日常提醒，但当前版本不会向我们收集儿童个人信息。请不要把本应用作为医疗、安全监护、紧急报警或替代人工照护的工具。

7. 安全

我们尽量减少数据处理范围，并优先把数据保存在设备本地。请为你的设备设置密码、Face ID 或 Touch ID，以保护本地提醒和录音内容。

8. 政策更新

如果未来版本加入账号、云同步、分析、崩溃收集、网络服务或其他会改变数据处理方式的功能，我们会更新本隐私政策，并在需要时更新 App Store 的隐私信息。

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS app “TimeCue / 到点了”. TimeCue is a local reminder and system alarm app that lets users create, edit, pause, resume, and delete reminders for their own important moments.

2. Data Processed by the App

TimeCue stores its core data locally on your device, including:

• Reminder plans: title, time, repeat rules, color, notes, enabled state, and related system alarm identifiers.
• Recorded reminder sounds: audio files that you actively record in the app and attach to a selected reminder.
• App settings and sync state: local data used to remember the mapping between reminder plans and system alarms.

3. Permissions

• Alarm permission: used to schedule system alarms that you create in the app.
• Microphone permission: used only when you actively tap to record a reminder sound. The app does not record in the background, continuously listen, or record without permission.

4. Does Data Leave the Device?

The current version does not require an account, does not provide cloud sync, does not include advertising SDKs, and does not include third-party analytics SDKs. We do not upload your reminder content, notes, or recordings to our servers. We do not sell personal data or share your local reminder data with third parties.

If you enable iOS device backup, local app data may be included in backups handled by Apple. That process is controlled by your device settings and Apple's applicable policies.

5. Retention and Deletion

Reminder plans and recordings remain on your device until you delete the related reminder, delete the recording, or uninstall the app from your device. Uninstalling the app usually removes its local data. You can also preview, replace, or delete recorded reminder sounds from the reminder editor.

6. Children and Family Use

TimeCue may be used by individuals or families for everyday reminders, but the current version does not collect children's personal information from users. Do not use the app as a medical, safety monitoring, emergency alert, or caregiving replacement product.

7. Security

We keep data processing limited and prioritize local on-device storage. Please protect your device with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID to help secure your local reminders and recordings.

8. Changes to This Policy

If a future version adds accounts, cloud sync, analytics, crash reporting, network services, or any other feature that changes how data is processed, we will update this Privacy Policy and, when required, update the App Store privacy information.
