中文

Declutter

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS app “Declutter / 断舍离”. Declutter helps users log household items, organize categories and locations, review inactivity thresholds, and track how items were discarded, given away, donated, sold, or kept.

2. Data Processed by the App

The current version of Declutter mainly processes:

  • Item records: item names, categories, locations, notes, last-used dates, thresholds, statuses, disposal intents, and disposal history.
  • Item photos: images that you actively capture or choose from your photo library for a specific item.
  • App settings: such as default thresholds, warning windows, categories, locations, and ad or membership unlock status.

3. Where Data Is Stored

This core content is stored locally on your device by default. The current version does not require account registration and does not provide a self-hosted cloud sync service. Your logged items, categories, locations, and photos are mainly used for your own viewing, filtering, organizing, and review.

4. Permissions

  • Camera permission: used only when you actively choose to take a photo for an item.
  • Photo library permission: used only when you actively choose an image from your library.
  • Tracking permission: if an app version enables ad-related capabilities, the system may request tracking authorization where applicable to support ad delivery or measurement. You may decline that permission.

5. Ads and In-App Purchases

The current code version of Declutter includes rewarded ads and a one-time purchase flow for permanent unlock or ad removal. If you use ad or purchase features, third-party service providers may process limited device, request, transaction, or anti-fraud information to complete ad loading, ad presentation, purchases, payment confirmation, and entitlement restoration.

Those flows are typically handled by Apple StoreKit or advertising service providers under their own policies. We do not proactively upload your full item ledger, item names, notes, or photo content to our own servers simply because you use the app to organize items.

6. Data Sharing

Except for basic technical flows needed to provide ads, process in-app purchases, support device backups, or comply with legal requirements, we do not proactively sell your personal data or provide your full local item records to third parties.

7. Retention and Deletion

Item records and photos remain on your device until you delete the related content in the app or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app usually removes its local data. If you enable iOS device backup, local app data may also be handled by Apple as part of that backup according to your device settings.

8. Children and Family Use

Declutter may be used by individuals or families to organize belongings, but the current version does not create a child-specific account system and does not intentionally collect children's personal information on our own servers.

9. Security

We try to minimize cases where data leaves your device and prioritize on-device storage. Please also protect your device with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID to help secure your local ledger and photos.

10. Changes to This Policy

If a future version adds accounts, cloud sync, analytics, crash reporting, customer support workflows, more advertising capabilities, or any other feature that changes how data is processed, we will update this Privacy Policy and, when required, update the App Store privacy information accordingly.
